sicca syndrome/Sjögren's syndrome Explanation: Yes, "sicca syndrome" is used in English, but it's usually considered synonymous with Sjögren's. More appropriately, however, some authors consider "sicca syndrome" to be the constellation of dryness symptoms associated with Sjögren's, not Sjögren's itself.
