Dutch term or phrase: verzekerde functionaliteiten
This is about an automatic train protection system. I'm at a loss as to the meaning of 'verzekerde functionaliteiten' (and 'verzekerd' in particular) in the following sentence: "Deze tabel dient enkel om de *verzekerde functionaliteiten* te illustreren voor iedere combinatie grond-boord op het Belgische conventionele spoornet." I think it might be a Flemish expression and for that reason have posted this question in that KudoZ section as well. It's not about insurance -- I know that much ;-)

Explanation:
@Jack: I've tried processing this through a couple of mediums that I have and this possble answer came up. Bearing in mind the wider text context that you have, would it fit??:
"This table serves only to illustrate the risk functions for each combination based on the Belgian-board conventional rail network"

Asker: @Andrew: It doesn't seem to fit, I'm afraid. 'Provided', as suggested by Phil, might be closer. But thanks for your suggestion anyway, Andrew!
