Hungarian term or phrase: Fővárosi Bíróság Gazdasági Kollégiuma
A Fővárosi Bíróság - ha jól tudom - Municipal Court of Budapest. Viszont a Gazdasági Kollégium angol megfelelőjét sehol nem találom, a Fővárosi Bíróságnak nincs angol nyelvű honlapja sajnos.

Explanation:
Ez a Fővárosi Bíróság angol nyelvű oldalán található fordítás. Gyakorlatom során azonban többnyire a Municipal Court of Budapest fordítást szoktam alkalmazni, mivel a fordítás felhasználói számára így egyértelműbbé tehető, hogy Magyarország fővárosáról, azaz Budapestről van szó. A "kollégium" fordítására valóban alkalmas lehet a Fővárosi Bíróság által használt "department" fordítás.
A második linket hasznosnak találtam eddig, hátha jól jön a munka során másnak is: a Magyar Köztársaság Bíróságai, magyar és angol nyelven.

agree  Impact Language: I don't know what the official name of that court is, but fővárosi is metropolitan, not municipal, which has a more provincial tone to it. You could go for Economic Section of the Metropolitan Court (of Budapest), if you want.

Olyan kifejezést kell találnunk, amely a nevével utal arra, hogy ott milyen tevékenyésg folyik. Az Economic Department rendkívül fordításízű és az USA-ban bírósági tevékenységekkel kapcsolatban aligha használatos. A funkciót kell figyelembe venni és a javasolt név alapján az angol anyanyelvű olvasó azonnal a bíróság gazdasági jellegű funkciójára gondol.
