С риск да сгреша, не е ли това наложилия се термин и в България покрай достата медицински сериали. Лично аз не съм привърженик на чуждиците, но все пак, ако вече се е утвърдило е и доста по-кратко като изказ.

Asker: И аз първо към това се бях ориентирала, но след като изчетох разни работи из нета, стигнах до заключението, че парамедиците са лицата, оказващи първа помощ в линейките и работят към болница, а нашите "first aiders" са назначени към предприятието лица, които работят там и са обучени да оказват първа помощ.
