If that was me, this is what I'd expect! Explanation: Compensation: 20 additional/extra days salary for 30 basic days (of the month*) (awarded) for each subsequent year of service, and proportional fractions (as appropriate**) The ( ) indicate implied info (the sentence is a bit short on context), my interpretation is that you get 20 days for each 30-day month, and if , for example, you worked the 1st to the 15th, equivalent to half a month, then you would get a half of 20 days. |
