Text über einen Befeuchter.
Biologische Kontamination: Alle medienführenden Komponenten können über Vorwärts- oder Rückwärsverkeimung kontaminiert werden. In der Befeuchterkammer herrschen sehr gute Wachstumsbedingungen für verschiedene Mikroorganismen.

Für Verkeimung habe ich "microbial regrowth" im Glossar gefunden. Wie kann man aber den "Vor- und Rückwärts"-Teil da einbringen (forward und reverse?) und wäre nicht "microbial growth" passender?
