From an SOP for inactivating a vaccine:

Prior context has to do with preparing a stock solution. Then:

"Gebrauchsfertiger Ansatz:
Um die Stammlösung herzustellen werden Mundschutz und Einmalhandschuhe getragen, da XYZ sehr giftig ist."

Because the phrase is followed by instructions on what precautions to take before starting to make up the stock solution, it doesn't sound as though 'Ready to use batch' would be an appropriate translation.

I would be grateful for suggestions.
