county town Explanation: As with my other reply, if this is the main town in a district you could possibly use county town. It depends on your target readership and what kind version of English they speak. |

district town Explanation: Though is still varied, the newer translation for "kecamatan", to my knowledge, is "district". Therefore, you will get "District Town" for "Kota Kecamatan". Reference: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/District#Indonesia |
