Dal nome XY MIETKAUF, deduco che la ditta subentri nei diritti del creditore verso il debitore. Se questo è il caso, si parla di accordo o contratto di surrogazione (vedi art. 1201 e seguenti del codice civile). La spiegazione di Wikipedia è abbastanza chiara, la metto come referenza.
Occhio che accessione è un diritto che in sostanza dice che: se compro un bene immobile ACCEDO praticamente anche ai beni immobili che lo comprendono.
Dipende dal contesto dell'accordo.
