Explanation:
Used “realm“ so as not to repeat "area". If you're not averse to such a repetition, "area" is better.

But definitely do not translate Staraia Bukhta. Otherwise you would have to translate Samara – without a "the" – (from Tartar!) too! :)

Incidentally, "akvatorija" is all that's under water belonging to a given body of water.
