But it could also be the lifting capacity in terms of weight...

Of course I'm serious. You certainly won't deliberately withhold information, but maybe you're overlooking something (it surely has happened to me before)? Footnotes? Table headings? Do these four words just appear in the middle of the page, between two paragraphs with running text? That's possible, but unlikely.

If it really is so, the best you can do is propose a translation (I'd vote for "stroke length") and inform your client that without further context this can't be translated with sufficient confidence.

No units, no values? That doesn't make any sense. These words look like headings in a table. I'm pretty sure this ultimately will lead to "stroke length", but I fear it's impossible to judge without further context.

Unfortunately, there is no more context. Like I said, this word does not appear in a sentence. The only words that might give some clue as to its meaning are the ones already listed at the top (Bezeichnung, etc.). (This is from a website and they look like they'd be links or things that someone would need to indicate in identifying a particular magnet.)

Please provide more context, especially the unit the "Hub" is measured in. I suppose it's a length (cm, mm)?
