Погашенная судимость, это выносится обвинительный приговор, человек отбывает срок или условный срок, он заканчивается и потом в течении определенного времени обычно это максимальный срок по статье по которой был вынесен приговор по запросу в милицию показывается что он был осужден. После окнчания этого срока судимость гасится и на запрос отвечается что судимости не было. Т.е. она погашена.
