paramedics Explanation: Si intende il 'personale paramedico'. Se non erro negli USA, vengono esclusi da questa categoria oltre che i 'medici', anche gli infermeri'. Metterei invece 'support staff' per 'operatori'. |

[cardiac] support staff Explanation: Re. "operatori", I would NOT translate as 'surgeons" since cardiac catheterization is usually performed by interventional cardiologists.
