Notes to answerer
Asker: I am not especially sure your answer makes any sense to me. A *sociaal gevolmachtigde* is one of the persons that cannot be solicited. The provision is a non-solicitation clause and I don't see why the reference to "conflict of interest". I think *sociaal gevolmachtigde" means "company officer", i.e. someone with authority to represent the company. Is it?
