dermatovenerologist, specializing in cutaneous lesions of syphilis Explanation: to put it simply, a venerologist is a dermatologist who specializes in STD. The specialty itself is called "dermatovenerology". Every dermatologist is also a venerologist.... So, in essence, "specialist dermatovenerologist" would normally do the trick, but here they want to stress that he is dealing with cutanous lesions of syphilis, so you may wanna add this part just to be on the safe side...
