Niekedy používam aj doslovne "z času na čas", dajme tomu "na základe výsledkov kontroly, ktorú môže zmluvná strana z času na čas vykonať", ale väčšinou mi tam sedí to prípadne alebo príležitostne. Vyjadruje to niečo (v uvedenom prípade zmluvy, ale povedzme aj doručovaciu asdresu), čo v danom okamžiku buď neexistuje (tie budúce zmluvy) alebo je nejako určené (doručovacia adresa), ale je možné, že časom dôjde k zmene. Proste si (typickí právnici) nechávajú otvorené zadné vrátka:-))
