Thanks to all for throwing light on this from different directions. There's something to be said for each one of these answers. In this case, the text itself convinced me to use "shareholders' agreement".

My understanding of 'εξωεταιρικές' or 'παραεταιρικές' is that they are two conjugate words. 'εξω- η παρα- της εταιρειας'. In this case it might refer to 'The Company' and its 'shareholders' and brings as an example, if I understand right, the case of 'Proxy', the 'contract' some absent shareholder(s) give authority to shareholders who would be present at a G.M. of the company, to vote for and on behalf of the absent shareholders.
ALSO, these agreements could be between employees of the Company, or even Directors, that authorize, or give permission to the said people, to effect contracts, between the Company and 'third persons', as Peter said.
I do not think that, as Mr. Vlamakis is suggesting, I WOULD BE AT ALL INTERESTED IN WHAT CLAUSES ARE INCLUDED IN SUCH CONTRACTS. It is of no interest, here, to know what Legal inclusions are used in such, Out-of-Company Agreements.

YΠΟΔΕΙΞΗ της Ellen Kraus, το πιο κατω, λεγει, "εξωεταιρικές ή παραεταιρικές", δηλ. συμφωνιες μεταξυ μετοχων, η και μετοχων με ΤΡΙΤΟΥΣ, και ΕΙΝΑΙ ΕΚΤΟΣ ΤΗΣ ΔΙΚΑΙΟΔΟΣΙΑΣ ΤΗΣ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑΣ. Δηλ. "out-of-Company agreements/ non-Company agreements". These are quite DISTINCT from just 'shareholder agreement' as you are suggesting, meaning 'Shareholder's agreement with the Company's doings' as is normally referred to. <Βλεπε Discussion entry by Ellen Klaus above>.
