Александра, спасибо. Я думаю, что в отношении православной церкви, ваше предложение самое правильное. Это то что люди делают в церкве Prayers of Deliverance, так как отчитку делают и при сглазе, поэтому человек и болеет, например. Но это не значит, что надо изгонять дьявола из самого человека, что экзорцизм подразумевает.

I just thought that you may want to elaborate a bit, since the rites of exorcism may vary greatly from one confession to another, and in your particular case it has to deal with Russian Orthodox ways. "Отчитка" is reading of the prayers, so you can use the expression "(reading of) Prayers of Deliverance", too.
