agree  Katarina Kollarova (X): Koordinovane slova su v pravnom jazyku otazkou tradicie, ich ulohou je spresnit vyznam, mozu pridavat aj doraz. Ak maju takmer rovnaky vyznam, staci prelozit jednym slovom.

neutral  Vladimír Hoffman: IMO sa to v tomto kontexte použiť nedá. Reference znamená o.i. odkaz a v zmluvách sa výslovne sa rozlišuje, či je niektorá podmienka stanovená priamo v texte alebo práve odkazom na ustanovenie iného dokumentu. Ten "odskok" by sa tam mal imo vyjadriť.
