Anyways, How the Asker can tell you the procedures when the translation of the sentence is: "We would like to find out, which specific (exact) procedures should (must) X undergo (go through) to get a permission (permit) for rendering of the services?"?

I cannot tell you whether it corresponds to "your understanding" of undergo. Sounds like you are fixed on medical procedures and patients undergoing treatment. You agreed before with my references but you recede again into surgical procedures... So, what is your understanding of "undergo" compared with mine, Sam's and Rita's? What is your native language?

Your explanation of пройти is appreciated. I would like to know whether it corresponds exactly to my understanding of "undergo". Yes, people can undergo screening or vetting procedures (for good character, criminal record etc.).
I'm not aware that I raised the issue of animate/inanimate, but now that it's been mentioned, are we all agreed that X is a person?

The point is that the option with undergo DOES comply with the source, and I tried to explain it to non-native speakers of Russian. On the other hand there was a suggestion from you that "undergo" is used with "animate" objects mostly, and I proved that that's not the case.
Yes, "go through" and "get through" can be used, but "active" verbs rather not, and, unfortunately, you voted for the "active" version... BTW "follow" cannot be used in the given case. Completely different meaning in English, as well as in Russian.

Consider the very "active" verbs that could be used with reference to procedures: "carry out", "perform" etc. These verbs are not right here.

"Follow" is more "passive" in that it means just doing what one has to do / what one is told to do.

Less formally, one could say: go through / get through the procedures.

"follow" is fine. Other verbs are possible, e.g. "complete".
