Had I been translating the whole sentence, I may or may not have translated "iniziative" literally. It is a perfectly satisfactory translation, but could be changed depending on the translator; on the other hand I doubt he wants us to do all of his work for him.

Explanation:
undertaken by Breeder. Initiatives is a "translation" of the Italian - never used the word while working in advertising myself! In merito is just another way for saying "with regard to/in relation to", like "segnatamente" in legal letters that means, specifically or namely.
