Szerintem itt a lezárás nem egyszerűen locking, hanem zárral való ellátás értelemben használt, angolul sealing. Például ahogy ebben az uniós egyezményben (bár nem kifejezetten említ gépjárművet). Bevallom, "collizárat" még életemben nem láttam... :)

"11. cikk

(1) Általános szabályként, az áruk azonosítását zárral való ellátással biztosítják.

(2) Az alábbiakat kell zárral ellátni:
a) az árut tartalmazó raktér, amennyiben a szállítóeszközt már más vámszabályok alapján jóváhagyták, vagy azt az indító vámhivatal zárral való ellátásra alkalmasnak ismerte el;
b) más esetekben minden egyes egyedi csomagolás.

(3) Egy szállítóeszköz zárral való ellátásra alkalmasnak ismerhető el, feltéve, hogy:
a) arra a zárak egyszerűen és hatékonyan felhelyezhetők;
b) azok olyan kialakításúak, hogy azokba vagy azokból árukat nem lehet elmozdítani vagy berakni, az illetéktelen beavatkozás látható nyomai vagy a zár felsértése nélkül;
c) azokban nincs az áruk elrejtésére alkalmas titkos raktér;
d) a rakodásra fenntartott rakterek vámellenőrzésre könnyen hozzáférhetők.

(4) Az indító vámhivatal eltekinthet a zárral való ellátástól, ha – tekintettel az áruk azonosítására vonatkozó más lehetséges rendelkezésekre – a T1 vagy T2 okmányban vagy a kiegészítő okmányokban található árumegnevezés azokat azonosíthatóvá teszi."

2. The following shall be sealed:
(a) the space containing the goods, when the means of transport has already been approved under other customs regulations or recognized by the office of departure as suitable for sealing;
(b) each individual package in other cases.

3. Means of transport may be recognized as suitable for sealing on condition that:
(a) seals can be simply and effectively affixed to them;
(b) they are so constructed that no goods can be removed or introduced without leaving visible traces of tampering or without breaking the seals;
(c) they contain no concealed spaces where goods may be hidden;
(d) the spaces reserved for the load are readily accessible for customs inspection.

4. The office of departure may dispense with sealing if, having regard to other possible measures for identification, the description of the goods in the T 1 or T 2 declaration or in the supplementary documents makes them readily identifiable."

neutral  Gusztáv Jánvári: Viszont annak is van esélye, hogy az autót kulccsal nem zárják le, hogy a vámhatóság bele tudjon nézni például a csomagtartóba, nem csempésznek-e ott drogot. Hm?
