English to Polish Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Contractor shall immediately inform XYZ Company and XZY Affiliate of any change in the tax status of Contractor, including without limitation, Contractor’s tax residence, domicile, permanent establishment, tax nexus, tax registration or otherwise. The XZY Affiliate shall be entitled to vary the administration of any Purchase Order as required by law as a consequence thereof. The XZY Affiliate shall be under no obligation to compensate Contractor for additional Taxes arising as a consequence thereof.
