vielleicht kennt jemand die offizielle deutsche Übersetzung für obigen Begriff. Es geht um ein Dokument, das vor dem Verkauf der Immobilie von einem Fachman erstellt werden muss und alle Angaben zum Zustand der Immobilie enthält: Vorhandensein von Asbest, Blei, Energieeffizienz, Zustand der Strom- und Gasleitungen, Schädlingsbefall usw.
