Contractor shall be responsible for import/export license fees and import/export taxes and duties on equipment and materials, tools, equipment and supplies imported or exported by Contractor or Subcontractors. Contractor shall be the “Importer of Record”. Contractor shall take full advantage of any exemptions entitled the Contractor under Law.
1.4. Work shall be ordered on an “as required basis” by Company and shall be paid based on the actual amount of Work ordered as stated in the “Order” form.
1.5. Daily charges for Contractor’s equipment and/or personnel shall be paid at full day rate for any part of a 24-hour period that rate(s) apply. Where applicable, any monthly charge(s) for equipment and/or personnel shall be prorated to the nearest number of days of appropriate usage. Personnel shall be available on a 24-hour basis.
1.6. Contractor’s daily rental rates are inclusive of Contractor's in-country operating base cost including all necessary ancillary personnel, services, materials, and equipment required to operate Contractors in-country base. Additional charges for Contractor's in-country operating base costs will not be accepted.
1.7. Contractor is responsible for all costs incurred with respect to Contractor's transportation and handling equipment including but not limited to: loading and unloading, certified baskets, containers, crating, racks, plastic wrap/shrink wrap, labor, personnel, maintenance, slings, shackles, etc. ***Contractor shall be due no rental or other fee for provision of required transportation and handling equipment.

подрядчик предоставляет транспортные средства и погруз/разгруз оборудование и еще не должен платить какие-либо арендные платежи? это и ежу понятно вроде. Это ему наоборот, как мне представляется, должны платить

IMO эти суммы уже заложены в контракте и не должны оплачиваться дополнительно.
