Hehler Explanation: Basierend auf Cilians Referenz. "Unter Hehlerei versteht man die Straftat des Handels mit Sachen, die von einem anderen gestohlen oder unterschlagen wurden und sich nicht im Eigentum der Handelnden befinden. Die Hehlerei ist die bedeutendste Anschlussstraftat an eine zuvor begangene, gegen fremdes Vermögen gerichtete Straftat, insbesondere an einen Diebstahl. Das Wesen der Hehlerei besteht in der Aufrechterhaltung einer widerrechtlichen Besitzlage an der durch die Vortat erlangten Sache. Die Hehlerei wird bestraft, weil die Bereitschaft von Hehlern, sich Diebesgut zu verschaffen, es abzusetzen oder abzusetzen zu helfen, für andere einen Anreiz schafft, Vermögensstraftaten zu begehen.
