"E" and "S"

French term or phrase: "E" and "S"
Hello again
Following on from my previous query I am unable to work out what these abbreviations mean in the medical notes belonging to a post-TAVI patient.

under the heading "Diuresis"

sonde vésicale: oui

under "Comments"

E > S la nuit dernière. 20:00 E = 1100, S = 2000
Lasilix ce matin.

Later on:

Risque de retention urinaire. Créatinine à 8. SU ce jour. 700 ml avant ablation. Surveillance reprise à 13:00. 12100 au total. 20:00 E = 1200, S = 1400

Any help would be appreciated.
