This is a semi-arid region located in the Northeastern Region of Brazil. It is a rural area between the cities of Campina Grande and Areia in the state of Paraíba. Also between the cities of Caruaru and Garanhuns in the state of Pernambuco. Arapiraca, Alagoas and Itabaiana (SE).
