It appears that "level filling" is both the process of automatically filling a container/bottle to a particular level, and the adjective that describes the equipment that performs such a task.
However, I've found examples of "level filling machines" and "level filling units" but not "level filling container" so I think you would need to manipulate the word order a little, or be creative. Perhaps:
The button panel on the spreading machine is used to select the cream [if that's the right word] and a level filling mechanism on the same machine measures it into a container.
No doubt you'll come up with something a bit more elegant.
