"Monograph on the Systemisation of the Penal Code" (體系刑法各論)

Explanation:
My suggestion is to opt for a direct translation and include the original Chinese title in parentheses.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Hi, thanks for your response. Yet I'm not so sure 各論 here should be translated as monograph, for according to what I found, 刑法各論 seems to be specific crimes/provisions in criminal/penal law. However, with 體系 in front of that, I'm not sure what it or whole thing means. But again, since I didn't study law, I am not sure either if your suggestion is wrong. If you could provide more reason as to why we should use "monograph" here, perhaps I would consider it.

Reference information:
I was asked to use the SOAS citation system for a job I did. This system is long and clunky but very complete. Each reference is rendered in: pinyin 汉字 (translation)

e.g.:
Wang Dewei 王德威. Xiangxiang Zhongguo de fangfa 想象中國的方法 (Ways of Imagining China).Beijing: Sanlian shudian, 1998.
