Explanation:
For anyone unfamiliar with traditional Persian medicine, this will have no meaning. The first time I heard it in Iran, I had no idea what they were talking about. Eventually I came to understand it.

It would be good to add a footnote. You could include a link to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unani for example.

I included "humor" so it will be clear that we are not talking about the modern meaning of "phlegm", which is completely unrelated.
