If requested the instructor or his/her department will complete and return the "Donation Acknowledgment" letter confirming receipt of the donated products.

All donated ABCXYZ products are expected to be used and incorporated into the academic research, course(s) and lab(s) for which they are donated.

If requested, instructor agrees to share relevant teaching materials with ABCXYZ. If deemed appropriate ABCXYZ may disseminate materials to other ABCXYZ member institutes.

If contacted, the instructor agrees to participate in a ABCXYZ survey (this may be by phone or on-line).

Both of our translations look harmless enough. It is their interpretation that may be controversial. Poziom klasy can also be interpreted as undergraduate of graduate. However, if I were sending textbooks to another country I would distinguish between freshman introductory physics and a senior level course on a quantum mechanics of the solid state.

Super. The levels - I believe - are: freshman level, sophomore level, junior level, senior level - which in the US correspond to the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th years in university. On the graduate level, one usually does not distinguish years per se, since students usually have set curriculum during the first year and then take courses as needed or not at all.

Zastanawiam się, jaką odpowiedź mógłby tu podać pracownik polskiej wyższej uczelni wypełniający ten wniosek. Może ''undergraduate'' / ''graduate''?
