English term or phrase: "Can't walk of talk well"
I'm translating an asthma action plan form which describes certain symptoms. This is one of them: the child can't walk the talk well. I can't figure out the meaning of "walk of talk", not to mention its equivalent in Spanish.
Thanks for the help!

"can't walk of talk well"
no puede pasar del dicho al hecho

Explanation:

Ver: http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/walk_the_talk
