Now I am still not sure whether my added 'they' now refers back to the REITs, or perhaps to the more closely-adjacent 'such properties' — but either way, your feminine singular agreement on 'considérée' would seem to suggest you are understanding it as referring it back to 'la demande', which seems to me the least plausible possibility here. |
