Dutch term or phrase: verankering van business
A company's objective is: "de verankering van business op het hoogste niveau in de organisatie". They're referring to the business activities they carry out for customers; by "de organisatie" I think they're referring to the companies that are their customers. But I'm still a bit confused as to what the whole sentence means. Any input much appreciated.

anchoring the business

Explanation:
It seems consultancy speak to me and it doesn't really have a deeper meaning. The translation is just as vague as the original ('organisatie' still applies either tot the company or the client) I am aware that this is very literal, but if it doesn't look too strange to native speaker, why not? If you Google 'anchoring within the organisation', you get some hits. And for the the entire sentence I suggest: anchoring the business at the highest levels within the organisation.
