ごく普通の購買契約書です。Warrantyの条項で"General Warranty Policy"が出てくるのですが、どうも「これだ！」という訳語が思いつきません。一般保証方針・・・とそのままでしょうか。以下の文中です。

The Goods provided by Seller will be applied General Warranty Policy from Manufacturer.

ただ、原文ではtoが抜けていますし、このような受身形はかなり不自然なので、「基本/一般保証の対象となる」と言いたかったのかもしれませんが、質問で挙げられている文だけでは判別できません。どちらに解釈しても、ちょっと変わった表現です。Policyとは別にwarranty について述べられているなら、policy は方針ととって良いでしょうけれど。

最後にPolicyがついているので、方針と勘違いしやすいですが、このような用語の場合、方針ではなく、別の意味だと保険証書や保険証券、保険契約のことを指す場合もあります。
℃の分野か上記の文だけでは分からないので、自動車業界でよく使われる一般保証という訳を提案します。
