The Targeted individual is a decisive driver, focused on goals and results. This is the “get it done” person. They expect everyone else to be as action-oriented as they are—and may not recognize that not everyone works the same way. They are willing to freely share their ideas and opinions, and to discuss just about anything. But they don’t have as strong a sense of personal relationships as the previous two personality types. They can also be a bit controlling, especially under stress. Their competitiveness can work in the team’s favor, but create tension with others.
