500 g de champignons
600 g de Chou-fleur frais
2 citrons vert
4 cuillères à café d'huile de Colza
150 g d'oignons
Ail et persil en poudre
Ciboulette
Plongez le chou-fleur dans une marmite d'eau bouillante avec le jus des citrons.

Laissez cuire durant 5 minutes puis égouttez.

Dans une poêle, faites revenir les oignons avec l'ail et le persil pendant 10 minutes à feu doux.

Ajoutez les champignons et faites cuire deux minutes.
Ajoutez le chou-fleur et prolongez la cuisson de 6 minutes tout en remuant.

Servir dans un plat avec la ciboulette en déco !
