I’d consider either skipping the word “złożenie” at all or trying to rephrase the sentence, so I could use a more natural verbal form, as in: payable on the invoice (issuance) date.

In any case, the word that is commonly used is issue and/or issuance (if you want to go with a noun): invoices are issued (by sellers to buyers).

disagree  Andrzej Mierzejewski: It's not about payability etc. Polish language is very tricky. See the other answers. BTW the submittance date does not need to be the same as that of issuance.
