"Il Committente potrà far eseguire nella sua interezza il complesso delle opere previste e stimate o anche rinunciare all’esecuzione di parte delle opere medesime, senza che l’Appaltatore possa eccepire alcunché rinunciando fin d’ora al diverso diritto nonché ad alcun indennizzo a fronte della così ridotta esecuzione.
