The document is a ´ren straffeattest´, i.e. a statement that the applicant has a clean record.

I'm getting short of time, and cannot find this anywhere.
The certificate is issued by the Copenhagen Police and is completely normal -

´For
Name ... CPR no. ...
findes i Det Centrale Kriminalregister ingen tilførsel.

Udstedt i medfør af ... (Persondataloven)

** Pb.** (signature, an ordinary Danish man's name)

My first thought was pbv, as it is slightly hidden by the handwriting, but on close examination there is no v, and there is no ´bestyrelse´ either.

Politibetjent??
