Context:

As part of this assessment I completed Police Checks in regards to xxxxxx and xxxxxx. xxxxxxx appears to have a criminal record and in August of 2009 was found guilty for Conceal/Disguise/Remove criminal property and was given a 9 month sentence which was suspended for 12 months. This was discussed with xxxxx who advised that this incident was about 'Loud Money'. xxxxxxx explained how he was stopped by the Police and charged As part of this sentence xxxxxx had a 12 month Supervision Order which included 150 hours of unpaid work. In the same year of February and in 2006 xxxxxx was charged with Theft but this was No Further Actioned by the Police.
