Conduct global market research and work cross-functionally to set product introduction dates that maximize sales opportunities and at the same time increase factory efficiency by smoothing monthly production.

J'ai trouvé le terme de lissage de production (http://www.albert-deloin.fr/lissage-production.htm) : est-ce correct dans ce contexte ?

Explanation:
Lissant/lissage s'applique effectivement ici. On pourrait aussi utiliser un terme moins technique comme "étalant", mais je pense que "lissant" est plus précis et donc préférable.
