A mi entender no se refiere de ese estrés de siempre ir con X minutos de retraso sino simplemente de estar pendiente de la hora: A las tantas tengo que hacer X, luego tengo que hacer Y, luego etc.etc.etc. Es decir, vivir al reloj.
