assorted meats on hot stone Explanation: I think they don't become a "platter" until they're served as a mix on a platter. They're certainly not a platter before they are cooked. So this may be "cooked on hot stone" or cooked/served "on hot stone platter/plate" (notice that usually no article is used with "hot stone") - the original doesn't say, so maybe it's better not to specify. |
