Rincer abondamment,
S’essuyer correctement les mains à l’aide d’un papier absorbant propre,
En cas de robinet non automatique: fermer le robinet à l’aide du papier absorbant.

Toute personne doit se désinfecter les mains en récupérant un produit désinfectant au moyen du coude: en sortant du vestiaire avant d’entrer en zone à atmosphère contrôlée, au niveau des ateliers après toute manipulation pouvant entraîner une souillure des mains, au niveau du SAS personnel entrée ZAC avant d’entrer en zone à atmosphère contrôlée.

[It seems very strange to me to be applying disinfectant or soap using your elbow. And then the instructions do not mention washing or drying your elbow afterwards. So maybe "coude" in this case means something else]
