Se trata de una traducción jurada de un documento del inglés al español. Dice en inglés DE UNA EMPRESA ALEMANA (por el tema de que no conozco las figuras alemanas, pero deben ser distintas) que se trata de una "public limited liability company". Me preguntaba cómo traducirían esto en una jurada.

Había pensado poner "sociedad anónima", porque para el caso tampoco es una empresa británica como para llamarse "public limited liability company", pero no estoy segura.

Ojo, no es lo mismo *anónima* que *de responsabilidad limitada*. Si tenés forma de averiguar cómo se define en alemán la empresa, por ahí te saca algunas dudas de por qué fue traducida como *public limited liability company*. Quizás es porque sea una *Sociedad Pública de Responsabilidad Limitada*.
