XXX’s main business activity is the international transportation of standardized goods through full truckloads (FTL) services, carried out through XXX’s own fleet of non-specialized trailers (the “International Asset Based Truckload”). In addition, the International Business Segment comprises specialized freight forwarding operations primarily carried out by a network of qualified subcontractors (the “International Asset Light Truckload”). XXX’s International Asset Light Truckload business focuses on (i) international specialized FTL services not covered by the International Asset Based Truckload business (the “Truckload Brokerage”) and (ii) groupage operations by way of LTL services (deliveries of orders which do not fill an entire truck load and accordingly do not qualify as FTL)."
