hallo, mal wieder eine Frage zum Strafrecht:

...y atendiendo a que el expediente se encuentra a la fecha en Vista Fiscal, solicito que el presente escrito y sus anexos 'CORRAN CON LA VISTA FISCAL DECRETADA', a efectos que la Fiscalía Superior Penal Especializada en delitos....pueda merituar la documentación que ofrezco....

also ich verstehe es so, dass die Akte im Moment in der Staatsanwaltschaft liegt und das Schriftstück da eingefügt werden soll, aber wie kann man denn die vista fiscal decretada übersetzen,
ist damit ein Erlass gemeint, demzufolge die Unterlagen dem Staatsanwalt vorgelegt werden müssen.
