The material stack having a total thickness of 0,3 mm was temper annealed at a suitable temperature in the interval 250-300°C to obtain an H24 temper.

Nel corso della traduzione ho tradotto annealing con ricottura, e temper con tempratura. Le mie scarse conoscenze in merito ritengono i due metodi separati....

Mi paiono più adeguate le rese "tempra" e "rinvenimento", soprattutto nel contesto dei metalli. Per riferimenti cfr. su google "tempra" + "rinvenimento", "temprato e rinvenuto", ecc.

Temper annealed

This heat treatment involves heating the material to and holding it at a suitable temperature, before cooling the material at a controlled rate, slow enough to allow the removal of internal stress, crystal defects and dislocations. When the annealed part is allowed to fully cool down under these controlled conditions it is defined as a ‘full annealing’ and produces a relatively soft, ductile end product.

Direi semplicemente "ricottura a temperatura adeguata" mettendoci magari l'EN tra parentesi.
Da quello che leggo:
Tempra: Trattamento termico a cui vengono sottoposti metalli, leghe, vetro, consistente in un riscaldamento seguito da rapido raffreddamento, per migliorarne le proprietà meccaniche

Forse potrebbe andare bene anche quanto suggerito da g.peraldini. In questo caso l'EN però dovrebbe essere "tempering".
